To track your order on the order status page, you can log into your customer account. Alternatively, you can find your order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent.
Currently, we only provide international shipping to selected countries.
Please note that International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict the amount of these fees, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

At Koa Flō, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged and promptly dispatched. However, in rare instances where an item goes missing during shipping, we want to assure our customers that we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Out of Our Control: Please understand that once an order leaves our facility and is in transit with the designated carrier, we no longer have direct control over its handling. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent shipping mishaps, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise.
Investigation Process: In the event of a missing item, we kindly ask customers to first check with their local postal carrier or courier service to confirm if any delivery attempts were made or if the package is being held at a nearby facility.
Replacement or Refund: If it is a mistake on our end, we can only offer a replacement depending on product availability.

Our grip socks feature a blend of materials: combed cotton—a softer alternative to regular cotton and less likely to pill, along with recycled nylon and lycra.
As we move forward, we seek to craft a product that can be entirely reused, aiming to lessen our ecological footprint.
Care & Wash
Machine wash cold only. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron. Hang dry to avoid excessive pilling and shrinkage.
